    • Support the business unit by evaluating business objectives, strategic goals and operational targets, and by assisting in driving projects designed to support the fulfilment of such goals.


    • Partner with business leads to develop tactical plans geared towards achieving the related strategic goals & objectives.


    • Gather, analyse and document business requirements, define objectives, functional designs and processes, develop business cases, create process flows and define requirements.


    • Develop quantitative cost benefit analyses, risk assessments, and define critical key success factors of the initiatives.


    • Supervise the development of test scripts and deployment of the User Acceptance Testing Design, document and implement training programmes.


    • Prepare monthly/weekly business performance reports/presentations and conduct analysis of statistical information to facilitate decision-making related to profitability improvements.


    • Provide project management expertise to support the development and execution of projects generated from the tactical plans.


    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Banking, Finance or related field

    • A minimum three (3) years working experience in a financial institution

    • Experience in creating Business and Functional Requirements documentation

    • Experience in project Management is an asset
