This position is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of allcompensation and benefits in accordance with compensation agreements,policies and regulations.- Establish processes to plan and deliversalaries and benefits as per established SLA- Set calendars, cut-off times, limits and guidelines for all compensation processes- Set calendars, cut-off times, limits and guidelines for all benefit processes- Organize ad direct team to carry out activities required.- Review and confirm quality of output- Monitor and report on SLA performance for compensation and benefit processes.- Identify opportunities for improvement.- Manage and report on unit performance- First Degree in Human resources, general managementor equivalent;> 5 years’ experience in HR; > 3 years’ experience at a supervisory or team lead role; experience in compensation and benefits management.
