Manage the reconciliation of subledger balances and payments. Monitor and report on the SLA performance of suppliers of payroll and benefit servicesMaintain compensation and benefits schedules. Identify and analyze and report on all anomalies. Develop and monitor wages and benefits budgets for approved staffing levels Coordinate and quality check the application of HR changes impacting on salaries and benefits Coordinate payment of all statutory and external deductions Control and reconcile sub-ledger balances for salaries, wages, benefits and staff loans and advances Approve summary or changes applied and approve payroll to run.First Degree in Human resources, general managementor equivalent; > Strong HR knowledge and exposure to accounting for HR; > 4 years’ experience in compensation and benefits management.
