    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Ensure clean work station.
    • Care laboratory instruments.
    • Daily re-checks on chilled juice products.          
    • Daily checks on cooling tower water.
    • Checks on boiler water when in use         .
    • Daily temperature checks on refrigerator and cold room units. 
    • Shelf life monitoring.
    • Monitoring of squash production.
    • Inventory of laboratory equipment (annually or bi-annually)
    • Re-checks on concentrate.
    • Daily check of titration and power of hydrogen.
    • Daily check of yeast and mole.
    • Routine checks of taste and odor. 
    • Other duties as required.

    REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Chemistry or equivalent.
